Product Description
ColdKing's Dry Cargo Van was made from FRP Honeycomb-cored panels, and FRP Sheet; It is made of prefabricated fiberglass reinforced faceplate and high strength woven roving and quality PP Honeycomb by vacuum bonded together in high pressure. High strength woven roving gives composite panels' high impact resistance and flexural strength.
The color gel coat on the faceplate has premium performance and it is FDA approved. The coat of gel coat give the panels a good chemical stabilization against air and water and good property against normal dense medium such as acid, alkali, salt, while it makes the surface of panels smooth, easy to clean. With better gloss retention the whole panels look very colorful.
Because FRP honeycomb-core panels use premium PP honeycomb as core, the panels have better rigidity which efficiently avoid shaking in riding.
