ColdKing's Refrigeration Truck is made of all-closed sandwich structure panels, which is made by special technology to vacuum form complete panels. We use free-Freon molding polyurethane foam as inner insulation materials. The internal and external coverings are integral FRP sheets (fiberglass reinforced polyester), therefore, homogeneous construction (without any metallic reinforcements).In the case of our technical system, the tangential stress is being carried, for the most parts by the laminated cover in connection with Z-straps. Self-supporting sandwich floor is with inserted laminated plywood sheets. The rear door assembly is firmed with stainless steel door frame, hinge and low temperature rubber gasket, which insure the body hermetic. Now, the dimension of panel can be chosen at the follow range: Length 0-16, 000mm; Width 0-3, 500mm; Thickness 40mm-200mm.
